The bathroom was fantastic, the room was spotless and seemed recently renovated, all while being situated in a great location on top of a hill.

Good price, clean room, comfortable bed, helpful staff, nice maintenance man, cat-friendly property.

The hotel offered complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which was greatly appreciated. the location of the hotel was excellent, close to the freeway and easy to access. Something else that was great was the cleanliness of the room which was very much appreciated.

Unfortunately our stay was not perfect. One of the main drawbacks was the smell of the room which was stale and gave the impression that the room wasn't aired properly before our arrival.

Everything was fine, I enjoyed my stay. The room I booked was brand-new and clean with 2 queen beds. It was very close to the hill at the check-in office and Easy to get onto the interstate and Knoxville, exceptionally nice location overall.

Our stay at Americas Best Value Inn was pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the view from the shelter with picnic tables was amazing. The staff, especially the maintenance man Rick, was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for its great view and good price.
